Hi, my name is Mirjam. I went to Abéché in order to teach the three boys of a missionary family. I enjoyed teaching in a very different setting and I also appreciated this opportunity to gain some insights into missionary life, and to learn about the country and its people. Being part of the team here on the field is very valuable to me. There was so much I can learn from other missionaries! My desire is to serve God as a full-time missionary. Therefore I see my time here as an orientation for the future.
2008-2009 we will need teachers who can work in English to teach missionary children using materials provided by a distance learning group.
